El Rio Hot Dog Chili Sauce
This smells and kind of tastes like Hormel chili, but less meaty. It's got a thick gravy. I can see spices in there, but it's very mild, could definitely benefit from more spice.
Ingredients: water, beef, textured soy flour (soy flour, caramel color), modified food starch, tomato paste, corn meal, chili powder (chili pepper, spices and salt), salt, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper.
Loeb's Onion Crunch
They make onion crunch, jalapeno crunch, and pickle crunch. All three were delicious, although the pickle one is a little odd. Definitely a pickle taste, but also a kind of stale taste. I believe they may have some more flavors coming out, but I haven't seen them for sale yet: BBQ Onion Crunch, Green Tomato Crunch, etc.
You can find the pickle ones on Amazon also. I've never seen a hot dog cart with pickle or jalapeno, just the onion crunch.

Don's Original
Color and texture were good, but the flavor was kind of odd. Part sour, part vinegar type taste with a bit of Italian spices like basil and oregano thrown in. Too much basil and oregano flavor. Certainly not the worst sauce I've ever tasted, but I didn't like it and wouldn't buy it again. In fact, I won't even finish the whole jar.
Ingredients: water, ground beef, tomato puree (water, tomato paste), citric acid, onions, chili powder, salt, paprika, worchestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel color, sugar, spices, anchovies, natural flavor, tamarind, soy lechithin), crushed red pepper, granulated garlic, citric acid, sodium acid sulfate, black pepper, glucono delta lactone, sugar, dry mustard, ground basil, ground oregano.

Steve T Rochester's Original Meat Sauce
Out of all the meat sauces I've tried, this one is definitely the weirdest. At first it seems kind of dull and flavorless. You can really taste the meat, but it's not salty, it's bitter, and doesn't have a lot of the flavor profile I normally associate with a meat sauce. It does have a strong flavor of something like cloves or allspice, but a lot more of that than I normally taste in a meat sauce. As you keep eating it gets spicier.
Mustard complements the sauce nicely, but the funky flavor still comes through. The flavor definitely grew on me.
Ingredients: Ground beef, water, onions, lard, sodium acid sulfate, spices, xanthan gum.
Uncle Timmy's Spicy Meat Sauce
This had a nice color. The heat level hits you from the start and continues after you finish. In fact, I woke up the next morning and still tasted it! It's definitely one of the spicier sauces I've tried. This sauce is thicker than others I've tried. Seems to have a lot of meat and spices. When you take a bite, you kind of get a mouthful of spices and it's not a bad thing, just a tiny bit gritty. I like the combination of spices. Excellent sauce.
Ingredients: Ground beef, water, onions, hot sauce (aged cayenne pepper, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder), tomato paste, chili powder, worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, water, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, sugar, spices, anchovies, natural flavors (soy), and tamarind extract), sodium acid sulfate, cayenne pepper, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, ground mustard, red pepper, garlic salt, cumin, red chipotle peppers, ginger, thyme.

Blackie's Hot Pepper Relish
Not salty or sweet at all. Definitely has a nice heat to it. The flavor of the peppers really shine. Tastes like it was freshly made.

Castleberry's Hot Dog Chili Sauce
The ingredients on this are identical to Steve & Ed's Hot Dog Chili Sauce and close to the Great Value Hot Dog Chili Sauce. Texture is the same. I taste a little more spiciness and flavor here. I like it more than Steve & Ed's, but about the same as Great Value Hot Dog Chili Sauce.
Ingredients: water, crushed beans, beef fat, tomatoes, mustard & mustard bran (water, vinegar, mustard seed, mustard bran, salt, tumeric), less than 2 percent: salt, soy protein concentrate, brown sugar, monosodium glutamate, flavorings, caramel color, oleoresin paprika.

Slawsa
This comes in 4 flavors: Original, Spicy, Garlic, and Fire. I've only tried the original since that's all the supermarket carries and I've been lazy to order the other flavors from their website. It's sweet with a little kick to it. It's made of cabbage, vegetables, mustard, vinegar, etc. Normally, I don't like cabbage, but this stuff is fantastic! It doesn't really have that cabbage smell that turns people off. I could even eat it out of the jar it's so good.

Wolf Brand Hot Dog Sauce
Dark, chocolate like color. Out of all the easily found supermarket varieties I've tried this was the spiciest so far. I don't totally like the texture of all the beans, but I do like the flavor.
Ingredients: beef broth, water, prepared pinto beans, rolled oats, modified corn starch, chili pepper, rendered beef fat (contains bht and tocopherols added as antioxidants), contains less than 2% of: salt, spices, sugar, caramel color, garlic powder, soy lechithin.

Skyline Chili
This sauce is more watery than some. Has a lot of oil or fat that you can see on top. It's really good, and it is a little spicy, but somehow still a little mild for my tastes. I'd like it to be spicier. I think because it's watery I don't get as much spicy heat at once.
I've never tried it with cheese (as the picture shows) that I can remember. A lot of people eat it on Spaghetti, which I think is disgusting. Hot dog or bowl for me please.
If you're ever in Cincinnati, I think Blue Ash makes a better chili and they have a few locations.

My only problem with this is for some reason I don't feel too well after eating it. I've eaten it a bunch of times and something inside makes me sick.
Ingredients: Beef, water, tomato sauce (water, tomato paste), dried yeast, spices, salt, dehydrated onion, garlic, paprika, and natural flavors.
