This had a nice color. The heat level hits you from the start and continues after you finish. In fact, I woke up the next morning and still tasted it! It's definitely one of the spicier sauces I've tried. This sauce is thicker than others I've tried. Seems to have a lot of meat and spices. When you take a bite, you kind of get a mouthful of spices and it's not a bad thing, just a tiny bit gritty. I like the combination of spices. Excellent sauce.
