BTB Meat Hot Sauce

"Multi Award Winning Sauce" claims the jar. I wouldn't say that myself. It's decent, but I've had a bunch of sauces that are better including my own.

In the jar, this had a great texture. Same great texture after heating, however eating is a different story. The mouth feel is gritty. The chili powder and cinnamon/brown sugar are too overpowering to the rest of the ingredients. Because of that some of the heat from the cayenne gets lost in translation and it could be hotter. The sauce is overly salty when it doesn't need to be. I'd eat it again, but it wouldn't be first on my list of must place another order.

Ingredients: Ground beef, water, hot sauce (aged cayenne red peppers, distilled vinegar, water, salt & garlic powder), 2% or less of cayenne pepper, chili powder (chili powder (chili spices, salt, garlic), paprika, black pepper cumin, crushed red pepper, cinnamon, brown sugar (sugar, molasses), beef base (roasted beef and concentrated beef stock, salt, hydrolized soy, corn and wheat proteins, monosodium glutamate, palm oil, sugar, caramel color maltodextrin, natural flavors, 2% or less of corn oil, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, modified cornstarch, lactic acid), sodium acid sulfate). Contains: wheat, soy.

Pace Taco Complete - Mild Original

I know they said Taco on them, but they were a new product and I thought they'd be good on hot dogs. I probably wouldn't get them again. They have a texture and smell similar to Hormel chili, which is not good. Taste is slightly better. Similar to chili, but with a taco meat type taste. This was too mild for my liking.

Ingredients: Oops I forgot.

Pace Taco Complete - Jalapeno

This is very similar to the mild original flavor, but a tiny bit more spicier. Read the review there for why I wouldn't buy this again.
