Feeburger's Meat Hot sauce

 

I was excited to try this one for awhile. I used to talk with someone who made and had co-packed for sale one of the best Rochester Plate Sauces (shout out Jim and Hot Top Foods) I've ever had. So I've known about Feeburgers since 2017 or so. I just wasn't sure if they sold it in jars, nor did I know any websites selling it, as I don't live anywhere near upstate New York.

The jar is definitely accurate.. you can tell there's a good amount of beef in it from the texture, and it's not too hot, not too not. Just as the jar says. I think everything balances out perfectly. You taste tomato ketchup, you taste hot sauce, but neither flavor is overpowering the other. It's got a great tangy flavor and it's something I'd come back for over and over.

Ingredients: ground beef, ketchup (tomato concentrate, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, salt, spice, onion powder, natural flavoring), hot sauce (aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar, water, salt, garlic powder), water, sodium acid sulfate, yellow mustard (distilled vinegar, water, no. 1 grade mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika, spice, natural flavors, and garlic powder), garlic salt, onion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, cayenne pepper.
